Area 3

"Dancing sand storm"

Notes: Reward in money will depend on how many enemies you kill, except when the mission is to kill all the enemies.

Third Guerrilla Unit's first mission is to cross the Skuldo Desert to reach Yanick Port. Let's start moving through the Skuldo Desert to fight. Shane will join the party in this battle but if your emblem is Chaos he'll leave after the battle is over. If this is the case, go to the camp and deposit Shane's items on the Storage before fighting this battle.
Battle 12

Place: Skuldo desert
Mission: Kill the 2 Grand Creeds
Enemies: Magician, Grand Creed(2), Bihautogedo(3), Bogenrau(2), Reacher
Experience: 40 points
Battle strategy: Be careful of standing on the sand, because it will decrease your attack and defense and the Bogenrau is very powerful as well as the Reacher. You should kill those Bogenrau before you kill the Grand Creeds.
Move to the Liberation Army Base and enter to the upper building. Talk to the man that's with Koumei. He will give Brian and the rest passports. But there are news. Imperial soldiers have visited the Skuldo Temple. It seems like the imperial troops are interested in the deity of the desert and they will use it as a weapon for the Empire. Brian and Ain must save the Priestess of the Temple. Move towards the Skuldo Temple and at the Skuldo desert you'll have to fight again.
Battle 13

Place: Guru desert
Mission: Kill the 2 Grand Creeds
Enemies: Magician, Trooper, Grand Creed(2), Bogenrau, Reacher, Belcdash(3)
Experience: 40 points
Battle strategy: The Belcdashes have high HP and give lots of experience, so you should kill them and kill that Bogenrau if he's being annoying. A good battle to gain experience, don't kill those Grand Creeds immediately.
You surely saw a guy with white hair entering to the shrine. Enter the Skuldo Shrine, it seems like we're late, because the Bloody Rose, under commander Tusk Brestlate's control already found what they were looking for. It's time to fight the Empire again.
Battle 14

Place: Skuldo temple
Mission: Kill all the enemies
Enemies: Magician, Delaitsat(4), Ninja Hound(4)
Reward: 395 s
Experience: 45 points
Battle strategy: Watch out, those Ninja Hounds are strong and faster than the rest of the enemies. Defeat them as soon as possible.
A strange apparition tells Brian, Ain and Koumei that the world will be in Chaos because of the human imprudence; the apparition also is calling for Brian and Ain. Koumei fells that they will find that apparition again. Tusk is moving again. This time he heads to the Liberation Army Base. Follow him. Tusk defeated all the troops in the base and captured Teita, the priestess of the temple. Now he's waiting for Brian at a place called the Desert's eye. There's a battle at the Skuldo desert.
Battle 15

Place: Skuldo desert
Mission: Escape to the east (don't kill all the enemies)
Enemies: Trooper, Magician, Grand Creed(2), Bogenrau, Reacher, Belcdash(3)
Experience: 40 points
Battle strategy: Again, there's sand here, try not to step on the sand. The Bogenrau is still dangerous and should be killed.
Move to the Desert's eye. Here is the priestess and also Tusk. He's the leader of the Bloody Rose and has the mission of killing Brian, but now he has another mission and he just leaves. We'll have to fight his army though.
Battle 16

Place: Desert's eye
Mission: Kill all the enemies
Enemies: Magician, Delaitsat(4), Ninja Hound(2), Wizard(2)
Reward: 399 s
Experience: 50 points
Battle strategy: Look, there are 2 Wizards. Now El's Magic Shield really comes in handy. If you used it at least once or twice per battle, El should be at level 18, approximately. Make sure you use it on all the units, although Ellis doesn't need it, since her magic resistance is very high. If your emblem is Chaos, destroy those Wizards as soon as possible. Ryoukan will help to heal. Again, avoid the sand and destroy the enemies that you consider the most dangerous.
Now Teita is safe but the deity of the desert, called De Salute sensed that Teita was in danger and now he was resurrected. Teita will need much spiritual energy to control him. Move towards the Imperial Skuldo Fort. Teita will try to control De Salute and thanks to everyone's spiritual energy, De Salute heads to the Imperial fort and destroys it. Follow De Salute and fight again. Teita will join the party if your emblem is Chaos. If not she'll return to the shrine with De Salute and will ask Brian and Ain to recover a sacred sword that Tusk took from the shrine. The Bloody Rose was after that sacred sword from the beginning.
Battle 17

Place: Imperial skuldo fort
Mission: Kill all the enemies
Enemies: Magician, Grand Creed(3), Bogenrau(2), Bihautogedo(2), Delaitsat(2)
Reward: 474 s
Experience: 45 points
Battle strategy: It's very hard to move because of the sand, specially for Dan, Dora, Ellis and El, but it's a piece of cake for Shane or Teita, the sand won't even decrease their attack and defense. Those Delaitsat hit very hard, they may kill Shane, or Ellis. Ain is not safe either because now his defense is low (Grr, just wait a little more until Ain's defense reaches the heavens). Remember to kill the strongest enemies first.
Move to the Port Town of Yanick. Buy a Long Sword for Brian, Ain and Loise and a Javelin for anybody who needs it. Stand next to Koumei at the plaza; Shishimaru will be looking for strong people to defeat the Empire. Ain will fight Shishimaru and he'll like Brian and Ain so he'll join them, use him all the time! Go to the port.
Battle 18

Place: Yannik port
Mission: Kill the Pegasus
Enemies: Magician, Grand Creed(3), Bogenrau(2), Reacher(2), Pegasus
Experience: 40 points
Battle strategy: The Reachers are strong. It's not a hard battle, let Shishimaru get some experience because he's an excellent unit.
After the battle is over Brian and the rest will meet Tollman, who's recruiting people for the "Jackal Operation", Third Guerrilla Unit's next mission. They'll have to rescue Andera Balzak,  Father of the revolution, who's been held at Gilmore Island fortress. Jeda will join the party here and if your emblem is Law, Jenny will join as well. She has better agility than Chris, but is worse elsewhere, Chris is a better option because he'll become a very strong unit.
