This character:
Teita (she looks like a man in her portrait, doesn't she?) is a priestess charged to take care of the Executor. As a fighter, she's the equivalent of Jenny, but far better. She has good attack, good HP and movement, and lots of MP. In my opinion, she didn't need all that MP, she needed more strength.
Important: If your emblem becomes Phantom, Teita will leave the group.
